Our cozy holiday apartment features a bedroom, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a pull-out sofa bed, a dining table, and a balcony with a view of the Great Plöner Lake.
The apartment is located right between the Great Plöner Lake, Höftsee, and Behlersee in the heart of the Plön Lake District. Plön and the Holstein Switzerland region are perfect for unwinding, escaping everyday stress, and at the same time avoiding environmentally harmful long-distance travel.
Enjoy the tranquility with walks in the forest landscapes of the „Holsteinischen Schweiz „right outside your door. Explore the Plön Lake District by canoe, by stand-up paddleboard, while fishing, while sailing or take the 5-Lakes Boat Tour, and discover the many natural beaches and swimming spots for both young and old.
Explore the beautiful landscape along the northern German Camino de Santiago „Via Jutlandica,“ which passes directly by the apartment. Use the largest lake in Schleswig-Holstein, with its 49.5 kilometers of shoreline, as a training route for cycling or your next marathon.
The Great Plöner Lake, Höftsee, Edebergsee, mini golf & tennis courts, boat dock, and beach club at Fegetasche, as well as the Plön swimming pool, are just a few steps away from the apartment.
The Plön Old Town, canoe rental, restaurants, and attractions like Plön Castle are easily accessible by bus.

The prices apply for both the high and low season and include:

Tourist Tax:
*In the high season—from May 1st to October 1st—we are required to charge a tourist tax of €2 per overnight guest per night and remit it. In the low season—from October 1st to May 1st—the tourist tax is €1 per overnight guest per night. You will receive a health card (Ostseecard) during the key handover. With the Ostseecard, you can enjoy many benefits and discounts in Plön and Schleswig-Holstein.

Cleaning:
*For stays of less than four nights, an additional cleaning fee of €80 will apply.
*Special rates apply for New Year’s Eve and during the Plön Marathon upon request.
Other Information:
A free parking space, two elevators, and a bicycle cellar are available. If possible, we will arrange alternative check-in and check-out times for you. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Waste separation is required. The general house rules apply, as posted in the building entrance.

Payment Terms:
A deposit of 20% of the total price is due at the time of booking and must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival.
If you wish to cancel your booking up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit.
For last-minute cancellations* within 30 days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as compensation for the loss.
